AJK Offroad has designed the tubing disconnect to interlock with three different locking points. We use two ⅜-16″ diameter, socket head cap screws to hold the two pieces together for additional stability.
Both bolts start from the same direction, so you can mount the tubing disconnect closer to the vital components you need to protect.
Our tubing disconnects protect your engine and other vital components. They also are widely used for bumpers, roll cages, and removable racks. Product will work on virtually any off-road vehicle including your Jeep, tube buggy and side by side.
AJK Offroad works with trusted partners to develop these interlocking tubing disconnects. Every tubing disconnect is created from 1018 steel purchased from companies based in the USA. We drill and tap the pieces to the standard specs of the bolt for optimum holding strength.
The end that inserts in the tubing has a large weld chamfer for a nice weld and is long enough to properly align with the tubing.
Every tubing coupler is made from 1018 American-made steel. Based on your sizing option selected above, the tubing disconnect will fit inside a 1.50” or 1.75″ OD tubing with wall thickness of .120”.
